After reviewing the survey results taken at last year’s B.A.R., the group decided that they would like to return to Mt. Madonna for this year’s rally. Sooo, we will be returning to Mt. Madonna and returning to our original timeframe which means the Bay Area Rally will be held 25-28 September. I just checked the reservation site and it would appear that Santa Clara Parks has returned to the “old” reservation system where you enter the first day of your camping trip then the number of nights you intend to stay. (No more having to make reservations one day at a time!). This means that, depending on when you plan to arrive, you can make your reservations starting six months from that date (i.e., if you’re arriving 25 September then you would check the calendar on 25 April). We will send out a ‘heads up’ notification close to the reservation window. In the meantime, have a wonderful Spring and Summer!!

P.S. As before, if you have a topic that you would like to talk about to/with the group, let us know! It could be how to weigh your trailer, a particular game (Bob, our Trivia Master, has offered to once again head up this exciting event), cooking on the road, etc., etc. Remember, this is YOUR rally so group participation is definitely encouraged.
