Should my build pic show a hole for the exterior shower? Escape 23 F1.

If it is supposed to be on the passenger side then probably yes

It's an option that can be located on the DS or PS side. Your picture is the DS side so it may depend on where you wanted it located. How about the smaller of the two holes (bottom hole) between the wheel wells, although that may be the fresh water filler. I suggest you call them and ask to verify it's locations. Based on posts on the forum and Facebook, sometimes things get left off, so call them.
