We came to an Escape trailer by way of the pop-up world, so already had most of the stuff for trailer camping. We packed what we already owned when we drove to Chilliwack to pick up, and found with the Escape there was actually much more room than we were accustomed to having!
We keep our plates, bowls, coffee mugs, & wineglasses in the cabinets above the sink, and have never had any larger problem than some minor shifting around. We do keep the wine glasses (real glass, thank you) in the cardboard box in which they came, other than that everything is nested as can best be done, and nothing has ever come flying out, or broken. The heavier cookware goes under the sink, but it wouldn't fit overhead anyway.
