Hello everyone, we are purchasing an E 23 F3 that was in inventory. We will be picking it up in August (delay due to our travel schedule not Escape) from the factory. One of us is Canadian and one of us is American and we will be living in our Escape full-time for a couple years or so, bouncing back and forth from Ontario to Indiana to be near family.

Currently, we are downsizing all of our belongings as our house just sold. Since we won’t be able to check out the storage for quite awhile in person I would welcome helpful hints on must haves and or helpful sizes of storage containers, etc. It’s been fun perusing the forum to get tips and ideas.

Welcome to the forum. You'll find lot's of useful information here but "must haves" is one that varies a lot between individuals. A lot depends on a person's ability or willingness to do repairs etc. Some folks carry a lot of tools and spares etc. and some not so much. Even what I'd call the basics varies.

In general the only way for your question to be answered is to start packing some stuff into the trailer. Depends largely on the shape etc. how well stuff packs.

Thanks Ron, our situation is a bit unique in that we are downsizing everything but will have a few months in between before we get our trailer so I’m trying to figure out what I need to keep for the trailer.

I’m sure I’m just gonna have to take my best guess it’s just hard to know without having measurements.

Is there anywhere in the forum or otherwise where I can get specific measurements of certain areas?

We have a 23F2, but I don't full-time. Might suggest reaching out to kathytony1985 on this forum. They full-time in their 21 and will be soon taking delivery of a 23. Very knowledgeable full-timers and terrific people.
