Care of batteries during storage

There has been a lot of discussion on how to care for batteries while the trailer is in storage. All I do is make sure the batteries are full of distilled water and that the cut off switch is in the off position. No removing, no charging, no solar, etc.

I brought the trailer home today after it was stored inside for five months with no maintenance. They read at 12.8. I might add that the trailer is stored in a temp of a constant 66 degree F so freezing is not a problem. Loren
 
Sounds like your batteries will be just fine, Loren.

I do similar with an added float charge most of the winter due to our freezing temps.
