For non-stick, I went with America's Test Kitchen top recommendation which was T-Fal. The price is more reasonable that other non-stick, and they last just as long, if not longer.

I've got to say I love the black steal fry pan someone recommended. Cooks like a cast iron pan but light like it so much I might by another so I can have one for the trailer and one for the house. Great for crepes too. My sons girl friend is a chef she always uses it at my house.
