We have an F150 and are wondering if anyone else in the forum has purchased and installed the "Decked" drawers and slide system. I've seen a few DIYs, and probably not interested in doing that at the moment, so just looking for thoughts on the pre-made options. Thanks!

I had to look up decked drawer. :) I think that there's been times that I could have used one but for towing not so much. A lot of times the trailer is either still hooked up or the truck is parked just ahead of it so the drawer wouldn't be able to pull out much.

I guess it comes down to your style of trailer use and where your truck usually is when you're camping.

We have the decked system. My husband initially got it for his job in commercial construction to hold some of his tools. We now use it to hold stuff we take camping. We store a hatchet, shovel, firepit, tow ropes, cordless power tools, air pump, tire repair kit, small air compressor and misc. other stuff. You can open it about 3/4 of the way with the casita attached, using a Jack E Up hitch. It is good to keep things dry since we do not have a bed cover or topper.
