I want one! I would guess you could make it a little longer say with 4 compartments?

I will measure the door on our 19' tonight to make sure it is the same size. I have no water lines in ours and think it is clear back as far as I want to go but need to check.

Another nice thing about Plexiglass is it's ability to be spray painted.

Or, just buy it in a colour you like. There are hordes of different colours available. This is just one sample pic from a local shop, and I know they have lots more.

They also offer CNC cutting to any shape you want.

The Krylon Fusion paint line is specifically formulated for use on plastics and sticks really well. Some of my customers with other brands of fiberglass trailers spray their widgets to match.

Ron should chime in about his shoes holder on his door.

I copied the idea at the rally in June albeit a bit smaller-(smaller door and not the exact unit)--and have had a lot of "ooohs" and "great ideas" with other folks that have seen it...Boots stay in the back of the vehicle.

We were just throwing all our shoes in the bottom of the wardrobe--but were a jumbled mess---a wine case fits much better in there now!!

Funny timing for this thread. We were just at ETI and I showed Tammy my flip down counter top extension. She passed the door shoe rack and commented on how handy it looked.

Originally we had the same thoughts as others, put the shoes in the space under the dinette but we had the same result as others, a jumble of shoes. But the pull out box looks like a solution to bring order to the area.

And Glenn, we put our garbage can on the door too. Lots of diversity on this forum, makes it interesting.

We had our garbage on an inside cabinet before, but now really love the baglo solution, as it is handy outside too, eliminating that second garbage can we used for out there. I also put a set of hooks on the inside of the bathroom door for use inside, but they have only been used a couple times.

And you are right Ron, lots of different solutions for lots of different folks. It has to work with your own camping style.

Trust me, if its raining then the awnings out. I'm a guy who said for years, "don't want an awning, more trouble than its worth" Now I wouldn't leave home without it

Fusing is commonly called "solvent welding" as there is no glue involved; once the solvent evaporates it is a 100% plastic welded joint. Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) works well with ABS and allows some setup time to finalize position after application - say 5 seconds before it starts to really "set up" and is readily available at hardware stores.

Tractors.....Thank you thank you! That is the stuff I was thinking of. They used MEK at the commercial sign company I once worked for years ago. Got me a half a soda bottle of it, which I used to build a segmented plastic print washing tank. Fantastic, foolproof, permanent!

Careful, MEK can get you woozy.

The 4 really 'HOT' solvents found commonly at a paint store all produce really strong fumes: Lacquer Thinner (not as bad as the others), MEK, Xylene and Toluene. Use a respirator.
