Hello all - I have an Escape 19 and recently got a new tow vehicle. I hooked the camper up and measured my hitch ball height at exactly 19" from the ground (when loaded with the camper). However, when I look at it it seems that the front of the trailer is too high compared to the back - what does everyone think?

Maybe a touch high. But better than 99.875% of the trailers I see on the road.

Park on a level surface and put a level on your belly band to confirm.

Here is mine for reference.

looks a inch high to me, but pictures can be deceiving. Put a level on it when parked on something level. look like you're using a 1" rise hitch, maybe try a straight level hitch

For my last three tow vehicles (a Tacoma 4x4, a F250 4x4, and an Expedition), I've used a ball mount such that the top of the ball is level with the top of the 2" reciever tube, and my E21 has been nearly perfect

somewsere in central nevada just east of 'Area 51' ...

(ok, this picture isn't level, but the ground is, its at the dump station at the Elks lodge nearest my home).

Here is the side level - front end was a little up.

Good point about loading the back of the truck - this was just a test run so it was empty. Also, the batteries had been taken out as well so it might drop even more when those go back in.

FYI - verify the ETI factory stick on levels with a "real" level on the belly band - my factory ones wiggle out of "level" a lot! (twisty turny kind of deal....)

I don't recognize that nice looking truck. What is it?
It's a 2022 Honda Ridgeline. It has the "Honda Performance Development" or HPD package on it which is nothing but an appearance package that gives the truck different rims, the plastic fenders over the wheel well, and the decals on the back. I got the truck used and it already had it on it.

Some people make fun of the package and call the HPD package the "High Priced Decal" package because its costs $2500 to get it.

So far I really like the Ridgeline.

That explains it. I thought it was full sized. That's one of the benefits of buying used- you usually don't pay retail for the additional packages.

Nice looking rig.
