We had a weird incoming email issue yesterday. Some emails arrived, some bounced, and some just disappeared into hyperspace. If you sent an email with a question or notification and have not had a response by end of day today 29 Jan, please resend.

My friends company about the same size as Escape recently got hacked, took all their data in exchange for 10 Bitcoin. Be sure your regularly backing up data. My friends was supposed to be done weekly, someone got fired. 6 weeks of data bought for 10 bitcoin paid.

Update to this. We have been down a few times due a 'technical issue' that is what the IT guys call it. We do not know if it was a virus or something else, but it seems to be fixed.

New issue. Our emails are finding their way into 'Junk Email' boxes. So if you are expecting an email and have not received it, please check your junk email.
