Escape Trailer Industries website update

There's a bathroom photo on the 5.0 that should be in the 21' section. Oh well, as you've said, it's just preliminary.

Yes. It sure is pretty cool.
Would have loved to see more pictures though. The 19's bathroom doesn't show, for instance. But overall it's quite the upgrade from the old version.
How? Other than the request form, I don't see any added content.

There are other irritations: the old style had floorplan diagrams which were more readable before clicking on them to enlarge. The 5.0TA spec page lost some items. Overall, it looks like the very common tendency to make usability even worse in exchange for a "fresh" look.

the maligned apostrophe

And I was always hoping that the new site would change plural noun's into just nouns.

I sent an email this morning and pointed out that Escape "owner's" should not have an apostrophe -- and now I notice that Escape "wannabee's" should also not have an apostrophe.

I know that this is not world hunger, but it's like chalk on a blackboard every time I see what should just be a plural noun written as a possessive -- would that be an adjective?

The internet is never grammatically correct and there are spelling errors in publications, a fact of life.

English is a lost art, Ruthe. It's not just websites or blogs. I see it every day in business. Folks who make 6 figure salaries often can't manage a coherent sentence. Ugh.

Appears to be a work in progress.

They fixed the dates but still show a mirror image of the left side of an old 5.0 and if your look closely it's the driver's side of the truck mirror image.

Hi: emers382... I quite like the background pictures of the new web sites 5.0TA section. They have a familiar look about them!!! :whistling: Alf

Yes Alf, that top photo surely does, although why they use a picture of first generation 5.0 TA I don't know. Well it is a great shot, and a great trailer too, even with a matching truck which you don't see everywhere!
