I have received three letters, e-mails, from ETI. All are from the president, regarding the tariff issue, but there is no name. Inquiring minds need to know who this is.

How ironic can it be that even mere perceptions of holding accountable a private equity firm which touts transparency, non-transactional approaches to private equity, and provides exits for teams and businesses hit nerves and seem declared to be verboten on a supposedly non-related travel trailer forum?

I hope other owners have better luck than I've had attempting to get in touch with a human on the phone. Not sure what's going on at Escape but service is at an all time low.........
