I will start by suggesting I am guilty of not flushing out my system well enough, I guess. I was starting to sanitize the water system, fill the tank and turn on the pump and a few minutes later there was water on the floor.

After turning off the water pump and starting the clean up, I wondered where the water was coming from. I took off the panel inside the cabinet that was covering the outside shower valve and the culprit revealed itself. The photo shows what I saw. The pet connector was caput.

Finding a replacement is proving to be a challenge. The local Pay & Pak had some items that might work, but if I could find the original part I would be happier. I presume that the angled connector was originally one piece. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, please.

Is there a best place to find parts for Escape trailers? I also have a running light that is missing it's cover.

Thanks

You could try ETI’s parts and service. I’m sure the whole assembly can be found at RV supply stores or Amazon. The individual pex fitting may be hard to find, but possibly a good RV service center or a plumbing supply place. I don’t have an outside shower, so I don’t know what else to do to help.

While you are at it......

Splice in some valves upstream of the external shower lines, and the kitchen sink lines.

If you ever have another problem, you can isolate the leak and carry on.....

What?!? I'm going to have more plumbing problems:eek: Getting the tool is good advice. Shutoff valve is too. I found some items locally that will fill the bill with the world of Pex.

Stayed at Ridgeway State park a couple of years ago after a Durango high school class reunion.

Thanks for the tips!

As for the marker light lenses, these are the ones I got and they work perfectly on my 2015.

I don't know how mine got damaged but I'm sure the spares will come in handy.

BTW your photo remains thumbnail size for me when I click on it.

Cool. I grew up in Cortez and finished high school, last two years in Durango at Colorado Timberline Academy (CTA).

Sorry about the photo Lyle, posting photos is not my forte'. But the web site you pointed to is great, lights & all.

Things have changed so much in Durango since I lived there, Timberline Academy didn't even exist.

Thanks for everyones input.
