And how do the bath pieces not stick to the fiberglass trailer that's curing?

The two parts of the shell are left to cure in the mould before the flip-and-join procedure. It's not just for the bath pieces - to bond the two parts together across the seam someone must walk inside, so the fiberglass must be cured enough for that.
