Former Scamp 19 owner and I sold it for 2 major reasons. First, I wanted a tandem axle trailer. Second, I wanted a more expansive sleeping area. When we travel, we do not spend much time inside. Probably 90% of the inside time is sleeping unless it's raining. I am one of those who wants to cook over the fire or the Coleman stove. Guess it's a holdover from my tent days. That's why a bigger, better bed was very important to us. Tired if having to crawl over one another to get up during the night. Considered a lot of alternatives but have a 5.0TA on order, originally scheduled for delivery on March 31, but since I can't pick it up until early June, told Tammy to make someone happy and move them ahead of me. Current date is June 3, 2015. We live in Florida north of Tampa and look forward every year to "escaping" the heat of summer. And I have already had a lot of assistance from members of this forum.
