Headliner Durability

We are picking up our 19' in two weeks so time to get excited and to think about the small stuff. How does the vinyl headliner standup to wear and tear and how do you repair it if it becomes torn? David

The "vinyl" seems to be pretty tough stuff. Its easy to clean (so far) from squished mosquitos etc.

Don't let the grandkids (or kids) play with sharp objects on rainy camping days ;D

It is quite tough, but we do try to take care. My only wonder is what the vinyl will be like in 20-30 years, if it will degrade or not. Which leads me to another wondering, is their some kind of product that would keep it supple?
