I'm in the San Luis Obispo, CA area, and I'd really like to see an Escape 17B or 19.

Contact Escape Trailers office, they have a list of owners and can put you in touch with some near you. There is also an owners map tab at the top of this page, but not all owners are shown.

I have a 17b in Tehachapi. We go to SLO and Montane de Oro every year, great place to visit.

Yes, I do have a Google account (and logged in), but that should be irrelevant. It should work regardless. Donna and OP (Katrina) report the same error.

Last I heard Jamman was the "owner" and made all updates to the map. But the link is in this software, I'll let an admin know... mods can't fix it.

Doug asked for a volunteer to replace him, but no one volunteered, so there is no longer a manager of the map. Anyone can contribute (or mess it up ).

That probably doesn't matter, since the map itself is still working and only the embedded version fails, but the code to launch the embedded version may be tripping over an inappropriate change made on the Google Map by a user.

... which is the desired setting; however, it also has an owner - someone (an individual's GMail account) listed as "Is owner" - that would likely be an issue.

I'd be willing to help with the map. I'm new around here, so do not know what I am volunteering for here. But I have website/techie experience. I do not know who Doug is.

Doug is an owner/member here on the forum and anyone who wanted to add to the map would post it and he would then access the map and made changes. with one person doing this there was less chance of problems.
