Hi Everyone,

Our family is likely getting an Escape 19' next summer. We're sorting through all the options and our needs. We're a family of 4 with a 9 and 6 year old. Until now, we've been tent campers. So this is a big step for us! We live in Ontario and are planning to drive to BC next summer to pick up the trailer and have our first adventure. This forum has been so helpful already! Looking forward to getting to know you all along the way.

Hello MarGen: Welcome to the forum! It's good to have Neighbours interested in Escape Trailers. We are just a few miles west of you, north of Stratford, Ontario. We too, were canoe campers and tent campers, until we discovered fiberglass trailers and then we became like RBRYAN on this forum, who named his escape trailer "Past Tents". Welcome! My wife's brother and family live in the K W area....if the border ever reopens you may see our 5.0 TA over in Kitchener in the Hidden Valley Area.

That's awesome! We are very close to Hidden Valley actually! Hopefully things with Covid will settle down and the border can reopen sooner than later.

I just registered as a new member-- made a lengthy request for info and thought i hit submit how long do i have to wait to be accepted and trusted member??? i will submit a blood sample from my left ear as i am about to submit a build sheet and deposit but wanted additional info... thanx sherpa san

I don't think you hit submit. If it had been held up for any reason I would see it pending approval, which I don't. Welcome, and try again. Do start a new thread with it.
