How to deal with night light pollution and night critters

Dumb ???

OK..ok 1. I hate those daggone lites around campers 2. I hate rats eating up my stuff..I had $1200 damage several yrs ago from rats [or squirrels] eating the fuel line and top of gas tank of a 2011 Jeep..seems they had used wiring encased in plastic made from...peanut oil that year!
3. where do I get those motion lites
4. what to do when boondocking/camping where there is no 120V power?? Like many Nat'l Parks out west??

These are what I use - solar rechargeable batteries. I usually put one or two under the truck engine.
