Shouldn’t have posted your phone number but that is water over the dam. If the person calls again, ask him or her to send you photos via a private message on the forum. Ask for the VIN of the trailer in question. If they say they cannot or will not do so, inform them that any further discussion is useless and that by appearance “you are a fraud.”

I find the best way to ensure a quick edit is to message a moderator. On FGRV I get notification of this and will act as quickly as possible.

The fastest way to get ALL the moderators attention is to click the "Report Post" icon at the post. A message is sent to ALL the moderators. You wouldn't wait for just one moderator to read their message.
