It's Friday! - 2017 and beyond!

Thanks for posting the build photos. Glad to see this thread back in action. As you can see from the number of posts it used to be heavily used.

The countdown has started for real. :)

Yep! Will post others as I get them.

I just noticed those little yellow ‘tested’ stickers on the shell. Wondered what’s been tested?

Today’s build pics. Interesting to note they haven’t cut the hole for the passenger side shower yet. Guessing they wait until the plumbing is on the other side?

Edit….why is attaching photos sideways when they show the correct orientation in the upload window?

some software allows the JPG to specify its orientation while actually being stored in a different orientation, but not all software respects those flags.

so like, if your picture is sideways coming out of the camera, and you told some photo program or another to 'rotate it 90 degrees', not all those programs actually decode, rotate and reencode the image, some will just set the rotation flags in the header... So if the display software doesn't honor those flags, whooops.

Last post Sept. 2023. What happened? Doesn't ETI still send out build photos?

I always found them informative and interesting, especially as minor changes were made over the years.

Yes this thread was great. you could find so much info here. prior to my order I looked at every picture on the thread. I guess it too much trouble for escape to be bothered. I would think these pictures would help sale. I also noticed on their web site they no longer post pictures of the used and inventory units they have for sale.

yes, that's the private sale but the used trailers that escape sell the pictures have been removed here is a 21 assuming these Certified Preowned are trade ins . they also used to post pictures of teh inventory units that where for sale.

Yes they do. We received our first construction photos yesterday. However, this thread has a terrible title that gives no clue about its contents. I only looked here to see what the “To infinity and beyond” thread was about once I read all the interesting threads. I had no idea that anyone had ever posted their construction photos.

The thread “What did you do for your Escape today?” is perfectly titled and I have gleaned a lot of information from that thread. This thread would be much more discoverable if it were retitled to “Post your ‘trailer under construction’ photos from ETI here”. Can that be done?

Perhaps I should start a new thread with that title and also refer people back to this thread for previous construction photos.

When the thread was well used everyone knew exactly what the title meant.

Started by one the the forums late and greats, I'd like to see construction photos posted.

Ron

Here are my build pics from a 2024 17b F1. I just ordered an inventory one, and Tawnya just sent me these. I am so excited!!! I can't believe I bought this sight unseen!!! :p

Makes my Friday to see build photos in "It's Friday....."(y)

Manual awning and framed sliders, bomb proof (y)

Nice to have the small window behind the sink for extra ventilation.

I'm wondering if the graphic on the front is now standard and if they've done away with the larger one on the rock guard.

Yes, I did not want the new Acrylic windows. They come with a built in roller shade, so there is no more valance or Pleated shades. I was also wondering about the Escape 17 on the rock guard. Wondering if maybe they have not put it on yet.
