My wife Jeanie and I picked up our 19' on the 13th -- our first trailer ever. We had a great time at the factory and spent two nights at Camperland. Most everything was spot-on with the trailer, and we couldn't be happier. The dog got to like it, too. On our way home we stayed in a couple of nights Roseburg, OR, and swung over to the FGRV gathering at Bandon for a day. Got to see Tammy and Reace again, along with the 19' they were showing off. We're definitely going to make it to next year's gathering -- it looked to be fun and informative.

I'm spending the day deep cleaning and putting protectant on the outside. I've also dropped some new owner questions into other topic areas. Hopefully some more experienced hands will have some suggestions.

Bruce, congrats on picking up your new baby. :)

What protectant do you use, I remember a link to one from someone before, Dan maybe?

Congratulations Bruce and Jeanie! I got to see what everyone was talking about at the Oregon Gathering too. I can see all the excitement about the 19 footer, what a beautiful, functional trailer. Reace and Tammy (and the girls) were gracious to allow all of us SOBs (Some Other Brands) to tromp through an ooogle. There is definitely an Escape in my future... now if the dang economy would just cooperate so I could retire and get it!

If not before, we'll see you next year at the Oregon Gathering 2010 ;D

Jim, I'm using a product called 303 Aerospace Protectant. They make a whole line of protectants. I've used it on fiberglass, vinyl and rubber products for years, and really like it. One example of how it works: I bicycle a fair amount and used to have to replace tubes almost yearly and tires every 2-3 years due to oxidization -- rotting, cracking, checking, etc. I started using 303 on the tires and tubes 5 years ago, and haven't replaced a tube or tire since then. They still look great and are holding air.

Congratulations!!!! ;)
I'm sure you'll have wonderful enjoyable times. It's nice to know the "Suite Escape" has a neighbor. What's her name? When can we see some baby pictures? ;D

Oh yeah, we got pictures of the "Egg Nest". Someone's going to have to give me a tutorial on how to attach them to a post, though. I have Picasa on my computer, if that helps.

Congratulations Bruce!!

Glad to read that everyone oohed and aahed over the 19' at the Oregon Gathering!

Ooooo la la.. Now the fun begins.. planning the next trip!

Got the website, now the next questions:

1. What settings should I specify?
2. Once I've shrunk photos, how do I attach them to a post?

I'm such a newbie!

After you type your message, scroll the page down. On the left side you will see "Additional Options". Click on that. Click on "Browse" and select you picture. And so on.

OK, here's a test to see if I can get this to work.
