A note on toasters. Just toss bread on a pre heated dry fry pan=toast.

Yea, yea, yea! Your post confirms that I'm ordering the right things - solar, batteries, inverter extending to all outlets - to run everything I'd like. Making note to turn off my heater for a bit to re-charge batteries. Excellent suggestion! That you've used this system for two years without a hitch is a real encouragement to me. Thanks!

The propane heater does not operate off your inverter, only 120v appliances and if you leave the inverter on, even with nothing plugged in, you will drain your batteries.

Consider ordering an A-Z Casita Owner’s Guide. Has a lot of great information and even though it was written for Casita owners I’d say 95% applies to any molded fiberglass trailer.

Salt the pan first - it keeps the bread from sticking.

I learned this in my early teens at a rustic hunting cabin with a flat top wood stove (no pan needed unless you are picky). I like the results better than from the on-the-gas-burner type toasters.
