All,
We picked up our new 23F3 this summer and on the way we had an issue with the screws that hold the trim to the microwave kept loosening. It took around 12 hours of driving for them to fall out.
Escape after sales was great and helped problem solve.
After all was said and done, I also added some high temp tape between the trim and the microwave to keep the screws from being able to back out and to prevent the trim from moving relative to the microwave. I have yet to test this, but I am confident this is a permanent fix.
Steps:
Ensure trim is securely screwed into microwave.
Place a layer of tape from top to bottom of microwave overlapping trim flange and microwave.
Add a few squares just over screws as second layer to prevent screw heads from ever tearing through.
Add full layer from top of microwave to bottom covering first layer.
This is the tape I used.
