Most of these are classic design issues, when the 2ndG came out most of them disappeared.

Something new happened with the detachable cord or coax ? Going to change the box locking hinges also just haven’t gotten around to it . The only difference I can see is the door and if you want electric awning , they still have the manual as far as I know . Going to change out the black handle here soon too. It’s getting ratty looking . Pat

For some people this will help with the options paralysis.

I think that the only way to help folks with options paralysis would to go the Henry Ford route. You can any color as long as it's black.

I however I suspect white is more popular with younger folks these days. Both my kids went white with their new kitchens.

Wow, I went all white with my last home kitchen reno 20 years ago. Must have been ahead of my time or it's coming back into fashion. Always saddens me to see real oak cabinets ripped out and replaced with compressed sawdust.

I have zero interest in acrylic windows. Acrylic gets brittle, discolors and yes, scratches. IF they were superior, they'd be in sticks 'n bricks homes.

So? It can be scratched. Not easily, but I have acrylic beer mugs ( Duraclear from Williams Sonoma ) that are showing wear.

So nice that you're offering choices!! When we were picking our flooring it was between Havana Tobacco and Havana Rum. If Tobacco would have been a 'standard' option, we would have definitely gone with that! Hmm, Havana Tobacco and grey barnwood -- now that would be attractive.

Yes, but Ford didn't start that way, and returned to a range of colours because black-only turned out to be (surprise, surprise) undesirable to many customers. It was a relatively long-lived policy (just over a decade), intended to minimize cost by minimizing variations; Henry Ford was all about optimizing production, not producing a better or more desirable vehicle.

Same here. On the other hand, film printed with a woodgrain pattern stuck on junk wood is possibly even worse. I would much prefer to see the bits which are not presentable solid wood covered with a solid colour film or laminate chosen to complement the solid wood parts (which are only the doors). To me, if it isn't wood, it shouldn't try to look like wood.

Glenn me too . But the glasses are getting different wear then a window . They have polish etc to put on for dirt to not stick and wash off easy . Saw a Northern lite camper a few years back at our RV dealer in town , what a beauty and quiet and warm , the most I remember about it . Tried them out at couple dealers and really like the windows . Have a acrylic fish tank at home bought used and have had for too many years I can’t even remember. Have the polish if needed . Also I think the acrylic is also on boats . It’s ok if you don’t like them , I won’t hold it against you . Pat

I love that you've expanded the options - it will save many customers the quandary of "whether or not to go custom". As for adding other color/pattern choices - it'll be hard to figure out what would be most "popular" - though perhaps these pages will help guide you. And, of course, the custom order trends you see from your end of things.
In my case - I really wanted the interior to be "mine", so paying a bit extra, for the privilege of picking my own fabric and formica, was just fine with me, albeit somewhat hair-pulling at times (the latter as much for my friend-consultants as for me, I fear). I love how it turned out, and - as a newbie Escape owner - all I have is high praise, all around.

I don't mind having the only Escape with Berry decals, and I'm not planning to upgrade my trailer any time soon, but oh my, if I ever did I'd lose the Berry as well as the curtain across the front door.
