New 21c Oven

Hey all. We are out on our first trip in our new 21C. We are using the oven and finding the preheat time to be concerning. We have it set to 375° and so far it’s been about 45 minutes and it’s only up to 273°

Does anyone have any experience with this InVision brand oven or have any ideas? Propane is fully on, full tank. Burners have plenty of flame. I don’t know what the heating element in the oven is supposed to look like but the flames appear pretty small.

Of course I complain and the issue resolves itself.

In case anyone else has this issue what seemed to work was cycling through the temperatures and back to 375. It immediately kicked into action and increased the flame size. Element is now red hot and it got to temp I’m about 5 minutes.
