Available formats: epub, mobi(Kindle), Irf, pdb, online reader. I don't know what some of those are but I downloaded it as an epub book to Aldiko, at least that's where it ended up (not in Overdrive for some reason). I didn't want an online book as I'm seldom within Wi-Fi range when camping.

There is a "Send to Kindle" app that allows you to send all types of formats to your account and then to your Kindle. Works well for even creating and sending yourself documents. Most likely, this will allow you to buy the book and send it in some format to your Kindle. I notice that they have pdf (Portable Document Format) which works just find with "Send to Kindle".

I'm not sure if my ebook will download to Amazon. It will, however, download to most computers, cell phones, and in other formats. (Sorry, I'm not too computer savy.)
