We are so excited. We traveled to visit friends in BC, had a great time sightseeing and went to the Escape factory. What a wonderful experience. We chose our colors, fabrics and flooring. After flying home to Maine we recieved updates on each step of the build. Our camper is now taking a winter's nap waiting for spring travels.

The forum has been very helpful and I have watched videos. One video we watched.... of course now I can't find it.... showed a very cool modification on the wall behind the stove area. A dish rack for holding the plates and bowls and cups. The owners had also done some unique modifications in the shower. We were boaters in the past on a Back Cove 34 that had a very similar lay out for overnite cruising. My broth-in-law is a boat building and will make a rack to attach to the wall if I can find photos.

Thank you,
Suzanne

Hi Suzanne -
Here's the link to my thread about our mods along w/ a link to photos and also some additional info if you read through the thread, where I've tried to answer questions.

Congratulations on receiving your new trailer!!
We will soon be in your position. Our E23 is under construction. I've been really enjoying watching the changes in the build pictures Escape provides. What a great company.... no, a great group of people who value customer input and relationships.
I really like OneCentHillman's mods for the dish rack and their bathroom. I had already sourced all the parts for the bathroom mod here in Canada, and then my husband gave me the 'no mods until we've camped for a season', which really does make sense. Having said that, we ordered the closet without shelves because I want to install pull-out shelves. I expect we will do that modification before the 2026 camping season ends.

So funny, my husband said the same thing concerning modifications… except the dish rack behind the stove. My brother in law the boat builder is very excited to build it. That will be a space saver.

Welcome and congrats on your trailer, can I ask the % of tariff amount? Seems like that would do allot to the bottom line. We own a 21c but we are planning on upgrading to an E23.
