New member from Iowa

Welcome. You have got your work cut out for you if you want to compete with Iowa Dave's posts. Always informative and filled with humor. Your completion date should move up. It is my opinion that ETI is playing some games now with "inventory" units taking up production slots and they are creating the perception of a greater demand than there really is.

Agreed. The 21 NE we want runs $34K USD but the three inventory models they have are $43K USD Each. A business plan where they add $27,000 USD of Extra sales this week alone with higher profit options is hard to hide.

The Rich Folk come first while the Regular Folk go to the "Back Of The Bus".

Hi: Iowa Dave..."Mine are 11 1/2 6 E"... But 2 lefts don't make it right!!! :whistling: Alf
escape artist N.S. of Lake Erie;)

Speaking of prisons, just because I tried to give Alf a pair of rubber boots once and got a little mixed up and gave him a left size 10 and a left size 11 I am doomed to a life sentence.of ridicule.
In Scouts, one of my my Assistant Scoutmasters was a 32 year Marine Corps Veteran. One of the beginning rank requirements was packing all your gear a particular distance to your camp.
One winter we were camped about a mile from the gated road entrance. There was about 6 inches of snow on the lane and it was cold. Mr Shield got the boys lined up and said today is a day for a marching lesson. He got a couple big kids in the front to break trail. I thought“ This exercise is going to be hated by the young scouts”. But Mr Shield had one more surprise, he got them marching and then called out a mile of Jody Calls with his call and response by the boys. He cleaned them up pretty well and the boys marched their mile in no time. I think of Alf as a young scout, struggling to keep up in his mismatched boots and Mr Shield adjusting for his disadvantage. “Your left, your left, your left and so on. All the way to the restroom through wet grass. Yellow bird with a yellow bill, sits upon my window sill. Lured him in with a piece of bread, slammed the window and smashed his head. Sound off.

Rookie hint, don’t put a for sale sign on your Escape and think you’re going to slide under the radar. You’re in a heap of trouble,eh.

OK, OK I get it Dave;D

Don't forget Thor also tried to sell something from his campsite that year.

Welcome David In Iowa - I am originally a “Dave from Iowa” too but now I live in Texas! (From Aurelia up in the northwest corner between Cherokee and Storm Lake). Again, welcome to the group!

And at least three attendees got warnings about excessive speed in their vehicles that year too. Of course the limit is only 10 MPH. But any faster than that, there could be a tragedy at the turtle crossing. Saw three turtles there a few weeks ago but Smokey was on patrol somewhere else. Might have had some emerald ash borers to smash, spray or poison. Looks like some much needed rain rolling in for a bit here.
