Tent camped for years then a Pop up and now looking to get an Escape.

Welcome, Paul.
Yes, that was the path we took, and we are so happy with our Escape.

Since you're looking for used:
Since Escapes tend to sell quickly (the record on the forum is, I think, 51 minutes!) and sell for about the asking price, here are some suggestions:
-make a list of your "absolute must have" options
-make a list of your "druthers", that you would prefer, but could add later, if the price is right, or even do without.

-arrange your finances, so that you have the cash ready when the time comes.
-Ask lots of questions on this forum. Among all the Escape owners here, we have lots of great answers, and some are correct.

Good luck!

Owners Map

Razorback,

If you want to see various Escapes, click on the Owners Map in the black bar above.

It looks like there is a newer model 21 in North Georgia near Blue Ridge and another in Alabama, near Auburn.

Ours is not the newest version and a little farther to drive. Call Escape Trailer Industries and get other possible owners willing to show theirs. In the past the company has sent a small bonus to owners who show theirs and the visitor ends up buying one. I'm not sure if that is still going on, but it's rare to find an owner who isn't willing to have someone take a look and see the various options selected and modifications that have been done.

Ordinarily there are rallies/gatherings where you could see a bunch, but not this year.
