New Owner Questions

We just bought a 2017 21C and we're getting ready to take it out on our first trip with her. As I'm going through the systems to learn how to operate them I have a couple questions.

The trailer has spray foam insulation underneath and the bill of sale says it has heat mats. Is there a switch to turn them on/off?

There is a post above the frig that says the "external fan must be turned "off" while traveling" where do you turn it off? I looked in the outside vent but I didn't find a switch.

The TV anttenna on our trailer is located on the drivers side of the max fan and looks like a large, flat mushroom. Is it directional (I'm thinking probably not)

sorry for the inane questions but I haven't been able to find answers (yet)

The winegaard antenna is not directional though it may be “loose” on the post That is normal.
That’s the only one I know.

The heat mat switch on my 21C is in/under the driver's side dinette seat. Mine looks exactly like the battery cut off switch.
