So excited for you, we pick our 5.0TA up the end of November and I have reached the point of impatience for the day to come! We are also from St. Louis, we live in Southampton neighborhood of South City. Looks like you should have great travel weather. Can you post build photos? If you would like to show it off when you get back we would love to see it. We viewed a local 21ft trailer before we ordered but have never actually been in a 5.0TA, ordered it sight unseen.

We are in Rock Hill. We went to Quartzsite fiberglass gathering with our Casita. We viewed a 5.0 TA ,Ginger Holser, and it was love at first sight and placed our order that week!Ginger was so helpful!
When do u plan on leaving St L for your trek to northwest?

When do u plan on leaving St L for your trek to northwest?

You live about 5 miles away from us! Often when people say they are from St. Louis it can mean anywhere from the actual city to O'fallon.

We leave 11/19, first to my son's house for Thanksgiving. He lives just south of Oakland, CA and then on to Chilliwack. Going to meander home visiting family and friends in California and Texas. Going to Vancouver for a few days right after pick up to make sure nothing needs to be fixed at the factory.

Day3 to Chilliwack

We left from our Canadian cottage, dropping down to I90 just didn't expect to have 80 degree temps in October crossing Wisconsin. Today we will be into South Dakota...what a huge, beautiful country!

Casitas...

The months will roll past quickly,Frank, and you will be on your way west!

Interesting to hear how many of us new Escape folks are coming from Casitas. It was very emotional for us to sell our dear, reliable 2016 independence..and it sold very quickly for the asking price!

Yes they will. I just got back from meeting with our HR department on retirement stuff. Gotta get this figured out over the next year. I don't want any surprises I can avoid.

We'll be coming from a 2012 Parkliner, similar to a Casita but different. I think we'll get more for it than we paid. Prices nowadays are incredible.

Thanks! We visited the escape showroom and it was really nice to have some hands in time in a 5.0... It's nicer than I remembered! Can't wait to have a queen bed and a totally separate eating area!
When do u plan on picking up your 5.0?

The completion date for our 19er is 10/30 and we have not yet received any pictures. We did, however, receive paperwork from ETI yesterday with the VIN. I'm pretty sure production has begun, but still waiting for those pictures to start rolling in.
