This is just a reminder if you are planning on attending the Oregon Coast Gathering July 24-27, 2025 at Bullards Beach. The time to make your reservations is this month because Oregon State Parks allows you to make reservations 6 months to the date prior to your arrival date. This is a popular park so just keep that in mind.

I also need some of you that are attending to PM me about a talk or class you would like to do on a hobby or something you have learned or done on your RV. This group loves talks and classes. I know there are many talented and interesting people that attend. Please share your information or hobby with the rest of us!

Just a FYI: this year we will be bringing back our Saturday night potluck per request. We will also have classes, a local blueberry u-pick caravan I believe , and a ice breaker meet and greet on Thursday night. I am working on more activities and will post the itinerary when the date gets closer.
Looking forward to Bullard's Beach 2025!

Hello, Deb.

Thank you for the heads up. I see it'll be a few days before reservations for the 24th to 27th can be made. There are three loops A, B, and C. Which one should we try to reserve?

Hello, Deb.

A followed by B and then C. But really the entire park is nice. It just depends on whether you need full services and want to be close to the gathering action. Be sure to check the site size and services available for any given site. Here's some great campsite photos: Bullards Beach State Park - Campsite Photos, Campsite Availability Alerts

BTW:
Another reminder for this gathering... remember to start accumulating your pile of unwanted whatever RV related or not for our free raffle this year. It is always a fun activity that everyone loves. If you have a book, or something you bought that you don't use anymore or it didn't work out being it to Bandon for our free raffle after our potluck.

I poked around the reservation site and discovered that some of the A circle sites have this warning: "This site is on the inside of the loop, at a 90 degree angle. It is only suitable for trailers 16' long or motorhomes under 24' long. "

I called today ,no sites available.
IF you go to the ReserveAmerica website and the Bullard's Beach State Park page, you can put in an 'Alert' where you are notified if someone cancels anywhere in the park and that site becomes available, for the date(s) you want. BUT, you would need to act quickly as everyone who put in an alert gets the same message at the same time. Good luck (y)

Reminder for Oregon Coast Gathering at Bullards Beach.on July 24-27th, 2025.. if you post on this forum or the Casita Forum that you are coming that is all you have to do, There is not formal registration.

I am working on the schedule of events hoping to have it out soon. If you volunteered to teach a class or give a talk on something please PM me to remind me. I don't want to miss anyone this year who has graciously volunteered. We have had a few more health challenges this year so I am a bit behind. Remember we will be in space # 63 and due to my husbands mobility issues we have had to move up a larger trailer. We will be in an Arctic Fox this year. The schedule of events will by posted on a white board at our space daily from July 23rd to the end of the gathering.

Looking forward to seeing everyone in 2025!

Will the person who messaged me months ago about teaching a Class on "Herbs and Acuaroma Therapy for pain relief" contact me again so we can confirm a time that works for you please?
