Plumbing leak under sink

We just discovered that our cold water connection is not staying connected. We’ve never had this issue and wanted to ask if anyone has any suggestions. Photo attached.Thank you!

I've never seen Plex pipe connected with stainless hose clamps. It's always done with special Plex crimped on or otherwise clamps. Regular helical hose clamps will not make a good seal. If that's not what those are then my bad. I'm looking at this on a small phone screen. It sure what they look like from here

They are crimped connections. What I don’t understand from the post is where the leak is coming from. If it is from the threaded connections those can be tightened down.

On the cold water line, the male white elbow does not seat into the female black receptor. It will not hold and consequently pops out when water is turned out.
The hot water male white elbow seems to have a catch so that it doesn’t unseat from its female black receptor.

Do you think I need a new female black receptor?

If so, where would I get these and how would I attach?

I had the exact same thing happen and had to replace the female part. I did both while repairing so I dont have to go thru it again .

What tools did you need to replace it and where did you find the part?

Did you need to go to a camping supply store or a hardware store?

I purchased the parts at Lowe’s

I would get rid of all those elbows while I was at it. Yikes!

Maybe Run some braided lines from the vertical water lines then to the shower box.

Add some cut off valves while you are at it.
