Progressive EMS - Where To Buy?

I would like to purchase one of the surge protectors made by Progressive Industries. I've tried Camping World and they don't ship this unit to Canada. Progressive doesn't do retail. So, has anyone in Canada purchased one of the Progressive units and, if so, where did you get it?
