Propane detector

a recent CO detector thread got me thinking: When in storage, will the Escape provided propane detector run down the battery over winter, causing an alarm?
 
I always flip the battery disconnect switch when I park mine for the Winter. Then I don't have to worry about it.
By the way was that you I talked too on our way to Whistler?

It was! How did you enjoy Whistler?
But, back to the question, do you think the propane detector uses much battery?

It will. I have the trailer plugged into shore power, so no problem. If you don't, I'd disconnect a battery terminal.
 
Thanks Baglo, there is a solar panel on the roof but I still think I'll take your advise.
