Good morning, have any of you put in a larger sink in the 21C? If so, what size did you put in and where did you purchase it? Was it easy cutting the counter and installing? Thank you in advance. Cheryl

Hello!! We did this past spring. We purchased ours through Amazon.ca and it was this one: Amazon.ca

Or, in non-link language - Kraus KHU101-14 Standard Pro 16 Gauge Single Bowl Stainless Steel Kitchen Bar Sink, 14 inches.

We really like the extra room and depth we now have!

The sink looks nice, but I think I'm distracted with the really nice wooden countertops! Escape has never offered those, right? I'm assuming you installed them yourself?

Yes we did - we just bought an acaia countertop from Home Depot, stained it, and my husband did the install - we changed out both the kitchen counter and the small counter across the aisle. It was an easy install, according to my husband :)

@mlowther
I see you have two faucets. Do you have a separate fresh water tank for drinking water? I was thinking of doing something similar in a E19.

The smaller faucet is for our filtered water - no separate fresh water tank - takes the water from either city hook-up or our freshwater tank and voila! We have filtered water! We used to take bottled water but now I have space for other things :)

I installed a similar sink this spring. I really like the extra depth. Added an organizer under the sink for my pans.

Here’s the link to the sink I purchased: Amazon.com

My advice would be to find a sink that just holds a plate. Keeping the size minimal wastes less water and leaves more counter space. I too used a flush mount sink with the flange on top. That worked great. Our sink is a bit bigger, but it was one of a few left over from jobs.
