New member here. Question, how do I qualify for rights to pm someone? I assume it’s a certain number of posts. How many. I need it in the for sell section.

You can PM immediately. What you can't do, in a PM or a post, is use a hyperlink. So no email address or links to a web page. It's to prevent spamming the membership. IF you wish to provide your email, etc. just be creative, like this:

my email at gmail dot com. Spell it out!

That all changes after you get 10 valid posts.
