Quartzite 2025

Last week was my first time at the Dome Rock Fiberglass RV gathering at Quartzite. It was great fun with lovely people, so it's already on my itinerary for next winter. I especially enjoyed meeting several folks who are active here on the forum.

The annual Quartzsite Arizone Gathering will be February 6th thru 9h, 2025 at Dome Rock! The "Pre-Gathering" will be from Feb 3-5 or whenever you choose to arrive. Once again this will be a "No Host" get together and everyone can do as they please, visit with friends, make new friends, ask questions, see mods, sit around a campfire, tell jokes, sing whatever you want to do! The town of Quartzsite is only 3 miles away and has pretty much all you need, gas, food, places to eat, dump facility, trash dump station, and lots of RV vendors. Come when you want and leave when you want, find a spot you like and set up camp. This is a total boondocking camping get together so come test out your boondocking skills! Best of all it is on BLM land and totally FREE and the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets you will see anywhere! The 2024 Gathering was a great success with about 150 trailers attending so 2025 should be great also.

I probably won’t be able to head south to Quartzite this year my stepfather 95 fell and broke his pelvis and my mom 93 is home alone she needs some help and they will need help when he gets home for a while. I can’t leave them that long. Still planning on going to fort Casey and the big rally

We were headed to Quartzite in February but decided to spend a couple of weeks in Zion and Capital Reef while there are no crowds there. When we booked a few weeks ago, Watchman and Fruita campgrounds were almost empty. We'll hit Quartzite next year.

It's been one thing after another around here. We were supposed to be on the road a month ago and back just before Q'site started. But now, leaving Monday and it looks like we'll be back there for the first time since pre-Covid.
