Not on a 5.0TA, if you're talking about the bathroom door. I'd just look at dirty dishes, does that mean I'd have twice as many to wash?

Escape is charging $50 to provide a mirror on the outside of the door. If we installed one on our own, how would you attach it? Would the 3m tape be sufficient? Wouldn't want it to fall off and break. I wonder how Escape attaches it. May have to ask them about that.

Wifey has an artsy mirror about 12 inch diameter; we mounted it on a slipover hook to hang on the bath door when parked and stick it in a drawer when underway. I use it to shave in the mornings.

Like I said, they are really inexpensive and lightweight, nothing to break, here is one at Wallyworld for less than $5 Mainstays 12x48 Door Mirror, White - Walmart.com
you can use VHB tape or velcro or screws along the top and just stickum along the bottom.

Be careful that you are getting a plastic mirror. I think this one is glass. HD didn't have them on the shelf when I was there either. Bought one from the internet. Amazon has them.

A mirror on the outside door... ahhhh, no. I usually have bed head or hat head... sometime. I really don't need to be reminded of it when I step inside. YMMV

I completely agree. Heck, we have never had a mirror mounted anywhere in our trailer, but am thinking about one on the inside of the bathroom door.

Our last trailer had THREE mirrors outside the bathroom. That really drove me (more) bonkers.

Mirrors to me are just not decorative. I don't like them outside of bathrooms in houses either. But then, I have been told I was weird once before. ;D

ETI has been installing that access door so close to the bath door that it won't open a full 90 degrees unless you open the bath door first. So I'm toying with moving the hinges to the bottom so it would flip down to open instead.

I am wondering if we will have a problem there by the bath door with plugging items in and not being able to close the bath door, or open it! Our extra door is on the angle.

Should be fine, they usually center the outlet in the panel. You can call and and have them add a note to your build sheet if you want something in a particular location. I had the exterior outlet moved from the standard location back to the rear awning leg mount and a 12V added next to it so wifey can run any kind of awning lights she desires.

We have a night light on the night stand. We really didn't want a lot of light in that area (for sleeping). We also put a small mirror on the bathroom door (in case Donna needs to check her hat hair when she is visiting :-[)

For folks who've had the extra door added under the bed on the 45, did anybody have it hinged on the right? ETI says they normally hinge it on the left, but I'm thinking it might be better to hinge on the right, like double-doors on a normal cabinet. Thoughts?

Logic says, if you are in front of a door, the way to swing it is the way it is easier for access, thus if you have to step back to open it may not be the right way, if you open and go right in, it may be the correct way.

The door hinges on our 45 degree door are on the right facing the door and that seems to work well.

We divided up the under bed storage ourselves. It works for the way we use our trailer.
