The bottom shelf inside the cabinet above the furnace (in what we call the "Pantry cupboard") is bowing or sagging.

Any thoughts from you fine Forum members?

(For context, here's a split-shot with the closed cupboards on left and doors open on right ~ it's in our 2022 5.0 TA):

We still use the cabinet shelf above the furnace, although not for "heavy" stuff.

My thought is that sumpin' under the shelf let loose or was never installed properly<?>
  • Anybody know what's under that shelf?
  • What should be supporting that shelf?
  • How much access for a repair / reinforcement will I have "over" the furnace?
  • Will I get a better look by taking the furnace out?
  • Other ideas / thoughts?
It's not built right and is annoying, but is it worth it to try to make a repair?!

Thanks in advance...
