I carry three spares
1. Maxx fan motherboard
2. Furnace sail switch
3. Propane regulator

Marshall MEGR-253P.... only because a couple years ago people here recommended it. It's more spendy then others that have good ratings so not sure if it's worth the extra money.

Yep. $518 today to replace the circuit board in my furnace. I'm on the road. The sense of humor helps.

But I also carry spares. Here's what I remember of the top of my head:
- another ProLux digital thermostat
- a propane regulator that I didn't really need to replace
- two sail switches for the furnace (which is on my bad side tonight)
- a water pump, bought on sale
- an old shower head and hose

And in the future I'll carry a spare circuit board for the furnace

I followed Eggscape's plan and made a pull-out drawer of four 8x8-inch plastic milk crates from Home Depot. One of these crates is labeled "Spares" and it is pretty full. The drawer fits under the bed.

I also have one of those little sets of parts drawers that you can get at Lowe's (e.g.) secured in one of my lower storage compartments with Velcro. Its labeled drawers have fuses, screws, pens, wire nuts, wire ties, wire wraps, coax connectors, Pex connectors, etc. (But I left my Pex tool at home. Dang.)

Keep in mind what you need to take depends upon your RV lifestyle. I'm in my Escape for months at a time, sometimes in out of the way places. YMMV, as Donna says.

I made a water transfer pump out of a rebuilt Shurflo pump. Helps to empty portable containers into the fresh tank. It also serves as a spare that could be pretty easily installed if the onboard pump were to die.

Spare fuses for certain

Spare fuses for certain, and there are multiple amperages need. After that, it's how paranoid are you and what style of use are you doing. Duct tape and zip ties are always on board, I trust.
I do carry spare water pump (thrift store purchase, and tested) and a furnace sail switch. I haven't needed either, yet.

This is a good idea. I was thinking today about putting a ten-gallon or so water tank in the bed of my truck and wondered about how to pump the water into the Escape's fresh water tank.
