stove/oven on escape....???

At present we have 2 doors. The trap for the sink prevents 2 drawers from being installed.

Someone on the CasitaForum just posted this information, may be a solution for those that want an oven but didn't get one in their trailer:

"Camp Chef Propane Camp Oven and Stove" - on sale for $199.99 at Bass Pro Shops on-line. Features 2 burner range top and oven below - all in a 35# Pkg. Operates on 1# cylinder or adapter for larger containers. Oven is 16"W x 10" H x 10" Deep.

HERE is the same oven with a different name at Canadian Tire.

THIS
Coleman oven looks like it might be good if you already have an outside stove. I know of a couple people that have one and love it, though I have never tried it myself. It also folds flat for better storage. THESE instructions might give some more insight into it.

I was looking at first for inside oven but after thinking more..... we decide to not doing the modification for the stove/oven combo.....I just thinking all the inside gonna permeate of the smell of the fish and other smell maybe longer than we expect.

Just me tought :-\

We have one of those coleman ovens. It works great, but needs a constant eye on it. Also, it needs to be out of the wind, or it'll take forever to bake anything! But it is nice to have fresh baked goodies in camp, miles from anywhere!! :)

We have the little boxy coleman oven that uses a camp stove.
I have made meatloaf/baked potatoes and brownies when we have been out camping...

Frquently muffins for breakfast....

But, it is true you do have to keep an eye on it...

That bottom one looks very interesting.. Will search info on that..

I just bring my sweet 'Muffins' along with me. :)

And should anyone meet my wife, and tell her I actually called her this online, you are in big trouble, ok. (Because she prefers to be called Pookie) ;D

Anyone have a link to (or the name/model of) the Oven with 3 burner cooktop option on the Escape build sheet?

Hmm, appears Amana is no longer making RV ovens - PPL site says no longer available and not listed on the Amana site......

We got the oven in our 21,one of the reasons we got the Escape. We took the top off and put on a cutting board from Camping World. Perfect fit. The top was no big deal to remove. Nice to have the extra area with the board and not worry about scratching the folding top.

I make combo stove topper/cutting board/serving trays, similar thoughts here! No cover model of stove might be a $40 discount.
