A big thank you is long overdue from me to all those brave souls that have ventured out before us; investing much of their time and effort in establishing a well marked path for me, and others coming along behind, to follow. My wife and I have greatly benefited from the knowledge, experience and generosity of many people on this forum.

My name is Greg Plow and my wife's name is Linda. We have been lurking on this forum for some time now, getting ideas from others and gradually building the necessary confidence to finalize our build order. Thanks to everyone here, this potentially stressful process actually turned out to be a lot of fun. We take delivery of our 21' Escape the end of April.

We live in Poulsbo, WA, but rest assured we will be "escaping" to many yet to be determined interesting and exciting destinations once we take delivery. Retirement has its advantages!

All of our ideas for the build came from this forum, excepting perhaps just one where we dared to venture off with something of our own invention. The modification pertains to the table design for the U-shaped dinette area. I'll describe it soon within the "modifications" portion of the forum, and post photos after we take delivery. Seems like a good idea on paper - but we all know how that can go sometimes. We'll find out soon enough.

Best wishes to all; and for sure we'll soon be looking for fellow "escapee's" as we travel about the country with our portable motel room in tow. We hope to one day meet and thank all the helpful people on this forum.

Welcome, fellow Washingtonians! And congratulations on straying from the beaten path (Poulsbo, the RV capitol of the PNW) to purchase the finest fiberglass trailer made.

Congratulations Greg and Lind

You have a wonderful adventure ahead of you and you will be doing it in a high quality trailer, it doesn't get any better than that. We live in Sequim so are not far from you. Don't know if you both use bikes, but if you do, consider having extra tail lights put on your trailer so your bikes don't cover your tail lights.

I know you will never be sorry for your decision on an Escape. Welcome to the family.

Hi Greg and Linda and welcome to the Escape forum. We are waiting on a 21 also, but can't get out of here until after Labor Day. Yes, you really have to give everyone on this forum credit for all of the advice and experiences they have so willingly shared. Sometimes the tuition can get kind of high when you venture into unknown territory by yourself. Because of our friends here, a lot of expensive mistakes have been avoided. Loren
