In my case, maybe yours too, the factory installed bubble level by the entrance door, adhered only by sticky back tape appears to adjust itself out of level, especially if it's warm outside. I knew something was amiss when I sensed sleeping at an angle & things rolling on the dinette table.
I downloaded a nice "bubble level" play store app to my phone - I frequently use it, wondering what other "RV" friendly apps you use to make your travel & set-up experience better or easier? Please share.

Best advice....on the level

I have multiple bubble levels on my rig. I usually go with the one on the refrigerator control panel. That one is the most mission critical.

Now, I'll next download your phone app level suggestion.
Too many apps! Not enough time...or screen space!

First trailer I figured the stick-ons were worthless so I had Escape not install any. Plop a small carpenters level on the belly bend and you're good to go.

I have 2 level apps on my phone. One is from Rigid tools the other a general app I found and like. I use the general app on the floor by the door and as a bubble level on the belly band. The Rigid has become a double check for level on the floor before final set up.

I found a level surface at home and check them there a few time during the camping season.

I have a fully automatic, no app required, level indicator.

Wife gets out, eyeballs things and says OK, that's good or 1 block needed. :)

I have a Level Mate Pro. When we get ready to park I sync my phone to it and watch the phone for a relatively level spot then back on to my Anderson levelers and stop when it read 0” from side to side. When uncoupled I raise or lower til it reads 0”

some years ago, I installed this where I can see it in my rear view mirror while backing up onto my curved wedge leveler blocks.

totally happy with it. if the big steel ball is anywhere betwen the two short lines on either side of dead center, its plenty good enough, sinks and shower will drain. the round thing sticking out above the ball is a front-rear bubble level, handy to peek at while cranking up the nose jack

when I've used a carpenters level inside the trailer, I find different surfaces are different amounts of level.

I do the same. I travel solo so the Level Mate Pro works well for me.

Those things are great. You get to your campsite, park the trailer so it looks good, get out and twist those levels until they show level and jump with joy that the trailer is levelled nice. ;D

Okay, they are crap. I never even had them installed. The fifth wheel is nice, you put a level across the framing under the loft to level side to side and then in a front-back direction to level with the jacks. Easy peasy. And I really don't worry too much. The only reason for good and level is to keep the eggs in the center of the pan when frying on the stove inside. :)

So far our stick-on levels from ETI work great.

I challenge you to give it even the slightest twist. You will likely find it quite easily changes. I tore mine off my 19 when I realized this and using a level inside on the floor and counter showed it was not accurate.

So let me get this straight. You want me to deliberately make them fail to prove your point? Did I get that right? :-[

I installed a small bubble on the trailer tongue that I can see when raising the tongue jack for front to back level.

When we first back in to a site, I use an old level and a piece of plywood w/steps in it, set on the rear bumper, to see how many blocks I need under a tire for side to side level.
The level is 1/3 the width of the trailer, so each 1/2" step in the little block of wood corresponds to one 2x8 (1½"x7½" actual) wood block under the low side tire.

Yeppers. They really are not good or trustworthy. If you wish to believe they are solid units that is fine too.

Love it. I use my "eye" first. I happened to inherent an "Artist Eye", from my Mother. Then the ETI bubble levels, to confirm what I see as done. Mine seem fine so far. As long as the Frig is happy. I have too many dogs in the floor to feel out of level.

We've been using them for a couple of decades on numerous trailers and they work fine for us. I then go inside and check against a torpedo carpenters level and find they're quite accurate. Never had one go out of adjustment, but a couple have fallen off.

I don't "believe" they work well for us, I know factually they work well for us.

Love it! I just wood blocks as a 2nd floor in an area in pickup bed. Pull out as many as I need. So will have make one of those up. ? length of level would matter, so what's yours?
