Trailer ball distance for E-19 turns?

We're picking up a new-to-us 2022 E-19 next Friday.:) Our TV will eventually be our 2011 Highlander. But thanks to several mountain passes we plan to pull the E-19 back home with our Ram 3500/camper combo. However...

Our camper overhangs the ball on our Ram's hitch set-up by 2". (See photo.) Will this allow enough room for turns, etc with our new E-19?

Many thanks in advance for your combined advice!

It looks like it would probably be ok, but I would be careful, use a spotter to see how close you get in a tight turn. It looks like you might have a reducer there if so you could do a reducer extender, something like this. https://www.etrailer.com/Hitch-Adapters/Brophy/HR26.html
Actually it is a 10,000# rated Class V hitch with a 2" opening. I've thought about going with a longer extender but worry about hitch weight, etc.

I'd be very watchful if the front of the truck is higher than the rear during a turn (e.g. turning onto a gas station with a high ramp, especially if the gutter at the bottom of the ramp is low).

Great reminder!

I use a CURT 45260 which is a 14" long 2" reciever ball mount rated up to 7500 lb trailers with 750 lb tongue weight. a E19 is under 4500 lbs and shoudln't be over 500 lbs tongue weight even fully loaded, your E350 camper shouldn't even blink with that kind of weight on it unless your slide-in camper is near max payload of your truck.

Thanks, John!
