Actually there are 3 x 15's for sale, one does have the shower, the other 2 are toilets only baths.

Now the one North of the boarder has a washroom less the shower and the one South of the boarder has a bathroom less the shower. The one South of the boarder has a queen bed and a large fridge Plan C.
