Just looking to flush out the water system and raised up the bench lid and found a clear plastic hose unattached and nothing visible that it should be attached too. What is it? Should it be attached and where?

My orientation consisted of me and the manual - delivered during the pandemic.
Thanks in advance
Jennifer

Tube

Hi Jennifer,
It appears one end is attached to your water line. I would say it’s the tube used to winterize your trailer. The end that’s not attached to anything goes into a gallon of RV antifreeze. I sure there’s a thread on the forum providing more detailed information.

No concerns. That is the inlet hose if you choose to winterize your water system with antifreeze; check your manual for antifreeze winterization vs air to blow out lines. The valve toward the right in your pics at the end of the hose is to choose between having the pump draw from the freshwater tank vs. an antifreeze jug. As an aside only use RV antifreeze if you choose that option.

Isolate the two valves on your hot water tank first or you’ll have wasted a lot of RV antifreeze. Read the manual if you have one for more or watch a couple YouTube videos.
