He asked If I would send pictures to confirm the quality of work for their records to address the issue of liability. I was more than happy to do that.
He responded after receiving the pictures, indicating the work looked good- and he said he was sending me compensation, even though I wasn't seeking it! It's hard not to be impressed with this company.

Same here. Completed the frame work via a neighbor who builds his own race car frames. No question the work is sound, but no official invoice to be able to send as he doesn’t do it as a business. Dave saw the pictures and is sending the compensation. Escape’s customer service always continues to impress.
