I see where Karl mentioned a planned "orientation center" in WA..saving folks the trouble of having to cross the border to do 'orientation', then going back to US to pick up their trailer. I would be very glad to see this setup accomplished!!! He also mentioned the planned delivery facility [& eventual factory] "somewhere in Texas", and THAT is a reeeel good idea.

At 4:50 when talking about things they are looking into adding Karl said “larger A/C units”. I’m really hoping he meant to say quieter A/C units! Especially prudent with the talk of a new location in Texas to sell and possibly manufacture trailers. A quiet mini-split heat pump system is a game changer and would further differentiate Escape from the crowd. Work with a company like Dometic or Mobile Climate Control and make it happen!

Karl is an avid outdoors person, loves riding motocross bikes. I asked him in May if he has camped in an Escape, he said he hasn't yet. I suggested that by using the product you are selling that little improvements like noise of a/c and other items can be experienced first hand. Hopefully he will be using and show up with a trailer at some future rally...and a boat at Osoyoos does not count!

I watched the video with interest . Some of the changes that were discussed / proposed were very positive some were not . Execution is the important part of this equation and I will reserve my judgement

Maybe you could plan such an interview every six or eight months, or when each new floorplan or length of trailer is completed.

The Reace repair videos have been very popular. Since you come across well on camera, maybe you could keep that going as well.

I've worried about whether I hitched up right, figured out how to use the empty the blank tank and most importantly gained valuable experience in reversing. Lots more to experience but certainly on the right path.

I am not a mototcross guy I am not ready for that pounding. Adventure motorcycling is something I enjoy. A motorcycle, a one person tent and a jetboil stove along with a go anywhere (especially offroad) attitude.

Awesome...I agree more how to videos on troubleshooting and repair would be great! especially for us do it yourself types. I plan to keep our 2014 5.0 TA as long as I can and know that things will break down or need help. Any chance you folks could find a solution for our fridge replacement/trailer entrance door width limitations on the type one trailers? It seems like there are no good replacements if our fridge dies...although I hope it doesn't! Maybe a rally in the northeast US sometime??? There are getting to be quite a few of us now and I bet you could sell more if you made the trek.

Good to hear, my mistake on your type of riding. I gave up my Harley when I started camping with Noelia and our fur family. Of course solo riding is another story...

Someone needs to come up with a 'frig unit' that slides in and out easily..for repair or replacement. Gas line valves/hoses cannot be that difficult to figure out, right? Then a roof AC with a 3rd "fan speed" choice..like as in LOW speed/quiet mode.... for sleeping. Most roof ACs I have heard, [and like the one in our former Casita] sound like a 737 in take-off power. Cool they do, but these reasonably-well insulated fiberglass TTs are easy to cool!

In order for a/c to cool you want a higher speed, for heat you want a lower speed...

On both our Casita and our Escape I can barely hear the A/C when running
What noise I do hear is like white noise and actually helps me sleep .
If they made the A/C any quieter , I couldn’t tell it was on when sitting outside .

The good thing about aging is your hearing starts to diminish thus loud noises are no longer that bothersome....I know I'm hard of hearing.....or was that thick headed she said....

Well..sorry, but the Roof AC unit in our Casita Indy was freakinh LOUD..even on low..both of us wished it had been set up w a 3 speed fan..so, after cooling things off, [which takes little time in a 17' Casita], we really wished for a lower speed fan for nighttime use. Sometimes we even turned the darn thing off and used a fan even in FL at night. To each his own.
